Humble Beginnings
Bottom Line Accounting is a product of necessity and serendipity. Beginning in the home office of owner Victoria (Vicki) Lynch, it started as an opportunity for Vicki to stay at home and care for her daughter, who was born prematurely in 1999.
Vicki is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Accounting was a natural career path for Vicki, a former Budget Analyst for the Department of Defense. She chose to stay at home and raise her children, and meanwhile kept the books for the family chimney cleaning business.
More than a decade later, Vicki found herself managing bookkeeping and payroll for several small businesses in Shreveport and Bossier City. She discovered that tax preparation was another rewarding aspect of being an accountant. Growing her clientele exponentially allowed her to move out South Bossier and into an office building in the Highland neighborhood of Shreveport.
Vicki Lynch
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Vicki Lynch has worked in the Accounting field for over 20 years. She believes in the concept of “Givers Gain”; when you give freely, you receive abundance and prosperity in limitless ways.
Vicki focuses on what she loves most about her relationships with her clients: training, coaching, developing classes, and holding her clients accountable. When you know where your money is going you are aware of what you need to do (or not do) to be successful. Vicki believes having a positive outlook can shape your whole life. When you feel good about yourself and your business, others will feel good about it too.
Vicki is a Certified QuickBooks and Online Pro Advisor, with an advanced certification in QuickBooks Desktop.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends and loves to travel.
Regan Bashara
Regan became a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor in 2017 and has since enjoyed training new clients on how best to utilize their accounting software. Regan adopted the Bottom Line philosophy and has applied it to every aspect of her life. She believes that when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. There is power in the words you speak and write, so choose them carefully. What makes the Bottom Line experience unique is the marriage of positivity, creativity, and organization. What you focus on, you attract, and Regan focuses on being diligent and detail-oriented in her work.
Regan Bashara started her career as a Staff Accountant at Bottom Line Accounting Pros LLC in May of 2015. Regan has a Bachelor of Science in Math & Physics with a concentration in Math from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. After her first college internship with a local CPA firm, she decided that accounting was challenging and rewarding enough to pursue a career in the field. Through serendipitous events, she was hired to Bottom Line and dove right into learning the fundamentals of small business bookkeeping.
In her spare time, Regan loves cooking for her family (a husband and four furry “children”) and watching British mystery dramas on Netflix. Regan loves traveling and maintains a small backyard garden at home. Never content with being a homebody, she is always seeking out new experiences and places in her hometown and abroad.
